“Rooms were clean, wanted to use the pool but there was a sign on the gate that said it was closed. Fair breakfast.”

“I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing.”

“First, I would like to commend the staff for being super friendly, helpful, and just all over doing a good job. Now onto the hotel. I'm not sure how this hotel got the rating it currently has, as I wouldn't even call this a two star hotel. First the rooms are dismal. There was literal wallpaper peeling in both the main room and the bathroom. The shower has all the water pressure of a dollar store squirt gun, and the shower door wouldn't actually shut all the way, sliding open whenever you tried...

“I was very disappointed to hear that my husband‘s room did not have any hot water for his shower. He contacted somebody right away and was told that somebody would come in to fix it. He it was not. He should’ve been moved to a different room.”

“Hotel seems to be in a safe area. It was pretty quiet except for the workers cleaning rooms yelling back and forth to each other at 9 a.m. they do not clean your room while you are staying here. They empty your trash and change out Your towels only. The bed sits on some kind of metal platform, and when you sit down on it. Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me .”
